The Greater Fredericksburg Area SPCA depends exclusively on contributions from the public and proceeds from our fundraising efforts to carry out our daily mission of rescue, rehabilitation and finding homes for the dogs and cats given a second chance in life.

The Greater Fredericksburg Area SPCA is a non-profit organization and your donations are tax deductible. We provide receipts for all financial and material contributions.

Your donations support the daily care of the animals whose lives and well being depend on the staff and the maintenance of an old building.

Your generosity and kindness to the animals may be shown through financial contributions, materials and supplies requested on our wish list as well as the gift of your time volunteering in many ways.
- Through your donations, you help us provide soft bedding and nutritious food for the animals. You also ensure a safe haven as well as veterinary care for injured or sick animals.
