Foster Information

Foster Care Program   The SPCA currently needs foster homes for kittens.  Animals requiring foster care have special medical and behavioral needs or just need to be in a home to allow them time to grow!  The SPCA provides all the supplies and medications needed.  All we ask in return is that the animals are loved and nurtured.   Once the foster application is completed, a home visit will be scheduled to review the SPCA Foster Care policies and procedures.  If you have other animals in your household it is important that they be up to date on vaccinations.   If you have any questions about becoming a foster parent, or are ready to sign up, please contact Kerry at 540-373-9008 x22.
